"I have an electric car. I was on the side of the road because I ran out of power. Nevertheless, State Farm was with me from 4pm Sunday until 3am Monday Morning. Making sure I got home. My car had to be towed, lifted, towed and towed again. State Farm did not hesitate with taking excellent care of me. Ariel stayed in contact and expressed her concerns about me being on the street all that time..she then expressed that she appreciates me allowing State Farms to work with me. I also have homeowners insurance with State Farm. My bill increased this year and I did not and will not hesitate to pay for their service. Noah, whose was my salesman, made contact with me. I declined. He called me a year later and I was able to agree to working with State Farm. I am glad that I am apart of this team.
